I have today been and purchased 42 tickets for everyone to go and watch the Challenge cup final at Wembeley. There are currently a few people ringing around to get the best prices for coaches and we should hopefully have that sorted by the end of today or certainly tomorrow at the latest.

The tickets we where able to get (It was very difficult to get 42 tickets this morning as everyone at Warrington was all over the place and most of it was cash only. I didn’t have £1300 in my pocket anyway pulled some strings but couldnt get the £31 centre tickets) are the £26 ones which are located in the location on the stadium plan below.

The coach is now booked and is picking us up from the Peace Centre at 6am on the Saturday Morning and returning after the game (I have left enough time so that if Warrington win we can take in the celebrations).

The cost of the coach is £19 per person

All monies need to be in to me before Friday 28th August.

Crosfield Cobras u15s  first game of the season is against Portico Vine who finished a place above us in the league at the end of last season. The first game at Portico’s ground saw Portico snatch a win from the jaws of defeat with a last minute penalty in front of the sticks. The return game saw Crosfields race into a 14 point lead only for Portico to claw it back and the game was nip and tuck for a while before Crosfields won the game with a couple of late tries.

Both teams are going to be desperate to get off to a good start to their league campaign, may the best team win.

These are the provisional fixtures for the 2009/2010 season. These are used as a rough guide however with cup competitions being added in and teams requesting free weeks these are likely to change after the first few weeks.
